Agentic AI
AI agents that look things up, use your tools and finish the task.
An agent is a language model with access to tools such as your database, calendar, CRM or internal APIs. It plans a few steps, calls those tools and reports back. We build agents for specific, bounded jobs, with limits on what they can do and a log of every action.
This is for you if
- A task takes several steps across different systems, and a person does each one by hand.
- You have a chatbot prototype and want it to take actions as well as answer questions.
- You want to try agents, but giving AI access to real systems makes you nervous.
What you get
- A task definition with clear limits on what the agent may do
- Connections to your systems and APIs
- Approval steps for risky actions
- Evaluation tests, so changes are checked before release
- Action logs and cost tracking
- Deployment and a handover session
What this can look like
Examples of the kind of work we take on.
Research and data gathering
Search sources, read pages or documents and fill in a table, with a link to where each answer came from.
Operations helper in Slack
An internal agent that checks an order, updates a record or opens a ticket when a teammate asks.
Back-office tasks
Reconcile two data sources, draft the follow-up emails and wait for approval before anything is sent.
Tools we use for this
- Claude API
- OpenAI API
- Model Context Protocol
- LangGraph
- Python
- TypeScript
- Postgres
Common questions
Is it safe to let an agent use our systems?
It gets only the permissions the task needs. Anything that spends money, deletes data or contacts a customer can require approval first.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever does the job well at a sensible cost, usually from Anthropic or OpenAI. We keep the model swappable so you aren't tied to one provider.

AI automations
Hand repetitive admin to software. Keep a person where judgement matters.
For example: Invoices arrive by email, get read and checked, then entered into your accounting software.
Social media automation
A steady posting schedule without losing an afternoon to it every day.
For example: Each new blog post becomes a LinkedIn post and an Instagram caption, ready to approve.
