AI chatbots
A chat assistant that answers from your own content and knows when to hand over.
We build chatbots for websites, apps, WhatsApp or Slack that answer from your documents, help pages and product data. They show where an answer came from, say when they don't know, and pass the conversation to your team when needed.
This is for you if
- Your team answers the same twenty questions every day.
- Customers leave your site at 11pm because they can't find an answer.
- Staff can't find information buried in internal docs and wikis.
What you get
- A knowledge base built from your documents and data
- A chat widget for your site or app, or a WhatsApp or Slack bot
- Hand-off to a person, with the conversation attached
- Limits for off-topic, sensitive or risky questions
- A test set of real questions to measure answer quality
- Conversation logs and a monthly review
What this can look like
Examples of the kind of work we take on.
Customer support

Internal knowledge assistant
Let staff ask questions about your policies, manuals and past tickets from Slack or Teams.
Lead qualification
Answer a visitor's questions, ask a few of your own, and book a call into your calendar when there's a fit.

Common questions
Will it make things up?
It answers only from sources you give it, shows which source it used, and says it doesn't know otherwise. We test it on your real questions before launch.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes. Current models handle most major languages well, and we test the ones you need before launch.
